- as per taste Salt and black pepper powder
- 1/4 tsp garam masala, slight turmeric (optional)
- 1-2 tbsp butter / oil
- 2 cup water or more (if required)

- Wash Masoor Dal nicely

- Put to boil by adding sufficient water along with salt till Dal turns soft.

- Finely chop veggies like onion, tomato, capsicum, beans, carrot and assemble all
