  1. Heat cooking oil in a wok. Add ginger and garlic paste and saute for 1 minute.
  2. Add chopped onion, coriander leaves stem, green chilli and saute for 2 minutes on low flame.
  3. Now add all chopped vegetables, black pepper powder, salt and mix well and cook for 2 minutes on low flame. Keep stirring in between. Vegetables should be crunchy.
  4. Now add vegetable stock and boil it. Add soya sauce and vinegar and mix.
  5. Now add corn flour slury in batches and while mixing and stirring keep on adding slurry. Cook till it gets thick. Switch off the flame.
  6. Take a garlic bread loaf. Cut in pieces. Heat a griddle. Brush with a little butter and keep garlic bread slices on it and shallow fry till crispie golden. Flip the side and Shallow fry from other side also. Serve hot with monchow soup.
