- Pour the egusi onto the oil & fry for 5mins, add the powdered crayfish & pulp.


- Add the cooked meat together with cooking water (silale), add a little more hot water & add the spices & seasonings. Add the washed chopped spinach & enjoy



- Reduce the flame & stir the spinach allow it for 3mins & off the flame, serve after 5mins
