- For moong soup. Combine the mood and water in a pressure cooker and pressure for 3 to 4 whistle.


- Blend the moong using the hand blender still smooth. then heat ghee in Pan and add cumin seeds, curry leaves,asafotedia when it's crackle add moong mixture, salt.add required water and salt. stir on a medium flame for a few minutes.


- Add the lemon juice and mix well served to mung so hot garnished with a a coriander leaves.


- Wash the bottle gourd and cut into pieces.cut tomato also. In a pressure cooker combine bottle gourd and tomato along with water pressure until cooked turn off the heat and let the mixture cool.

- Once the mixture cool blend to smooth.strain the blended mixture using the strainer. Keep that puree aside.


- Heat ghee in a pan and add asafoetida, cuminseeds. saute for 30 seconds add boiled puree then add black salt black pepper powder mix well and cook for 5 to 6 minutes turn off the flame transfer the soup into the super bowl and serve hot.
