  1. Rinse Goat meat, add to a pot, add water same level, add 1tsp of salt, cook 15mins on medium heat
  2. Now, drain
  3. Rinse again, add onions, onga classic seasoning powder, Curry and lil salt, cook for 5mins
  4. Top up with 11/2Cup if water
  5. Add Palm oil, Crayfish, okpei, ose Nsuka, bring to boil
  6. Add onga Classic Seasoning Powder 11/2tsp, let it boils, add okra, stir and don't cover as you reduce heat
  7. When it boils, add Uziza, stir, bring to boil, taste to adjust with lil salt, stir well
  8. Once it boils, remove from heat enjoy with any morsel of choice
