I’m very pleased with my soup which I made during our first #CookWithZita Zoom session. - 750 mls chicken stock

- When the veg is tender, blend until smooth. Now taste the soup and season with salt and pepper and as much lemon juice as you like the taste of. I added about 2 tbsp so the soup had a bit of a zing but wasn’t overwhelming.
