- 1 cup red pumpkin, peeled, diced,
- 1 inch ginger chopped,
- 2 tomato cut into 4,
- 1/2 cup matar dana,
- as per taste Salt
- 1 tsp black pepper powder,
- 1 tsp olive oil,
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder,
Steps to make Pumpkin Soup (no onion no garlic)
- Wash all the veggies separately, keep aside.

- Take a pan, add oil, heat it. Add pumpkin pcs & matar dana,saute it for 5 minutes.


- Turn off the flame, transfer it into a pressure cooker. All the other veggies, salt & pepper.

- In goes 3 cup water or vegetable stick. Place the lid, give 4 whistles on high flame.



- Lower the flame now, cook it for 5 minutes. Turn off the flame, allow it to depressurise naturally.
- Open the lid, take out in a bowl, cool it down.
- Transfer it into a blender jar, blend it till smooth. Strain it into a bowl. Keep aside.


- Take a pan, add soup, now add red chilli powder, mix it well. Cook it for 5 minutes on high flame.

- Take out in a serving bowl, sprinkle some black pepper powder.
