  3. 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Chilli Paste

  12. 2 tbsp soya sauce
  13. 1 tsp sugar
  14. 2 litre water/ veg stock
  15. 1 maggi veg stock cube
  16. 2 tsp Spring onion greens for garnish

Instructions to make Manchow Soup

  1. Take boiled noodles and add cornflour in it. Give it a good mix and then deep fry them in circles until crisp. Keep aside for later use.
  2. In a pan add 2 tbsp oil, ginger garlic chilli paste and saute for a min. Then add spring onion whites and again saute for a min.
  3. Then add all the finely chopped veggies, salt, sugar, vinegar, black pepper and soy sauce. Saute for a min or two.
  4. Then add water and veg stock cube. Let 2 to 3 boils come.
  5. Add the slurry of 3 tbsp cornflour and 2 tbsp water in it and cook until soup becomes thick. Garnish with spring onion greens and green coriander.
  6. Serve in a bowl and garnish with fried noodle circles.
