  8. 1/4 medium cabbage finely chopped
  9. 3-4 mushroom small diced
  10. 4-6 french beans finely chopped
  11. 2 tbsp soya sauce
  12. As Per Taste Salt
  13. 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  14. 1 tsp sugar
  15. 1 tsp vinegar
  16. 1 whole spring onion
  17. 2 tbsp coriander leaves
  18. For slurry
  19. 2 tbsp corn flour
  20. 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  21. As Per Required Water
  22. As Per Required Fried noodles

Instructions to make Manchow soup

  1. In a wok or Kadai, heat oil, add ginger, garlic, green chili, onion, and saute for a min.
  2. Now add dry red chilli, then add carrot, cabbage, mushrooms, french beans and saute for 2 - 3 mins on high flame.
  3. Then add soya sauce, salt, black pepper powder, sugar, and water, boil it for 5 - 6 mins.
  4. Add vinegar and boil it for a minute. Add spring onions, coriander leaves. Mix it. Add the slurry and stir continuously until thickened.
  5. Serve hot garnished with fried noodles 🍜
