- 1-2 tbsp vinegar
- 2tbsp of corn flour
- For fried Noodles
- as required Boiled noodles

Instructions to make Veg Manchow Soup
- For vegetable stock add all vegetables in 1ltr of water and boil for 15-20min after that strain it. Vegetable Stock is ready
- Chopped all vegetables. Take wock or frying pan add 1-2 tbsp of oil heat on medium flame add chopped garlic, ginger,green chillies and onions sautee well
- Add all chopped vegetables and sauteed on high well don't over cook we need to keep vegetables crispy add 1tsp of salt
- Add 2 tbsp of soya sauce and 1tbsp of red chilli sauce cook we'll keep flame low now add 1tbsp of vinegar
- Add Vegetable stock and cook for 1min. Now take 1-2 tbsp of cornflour add little water mix it well avoid lumps now add cornflour mix into soup and stir continuously to avoid lumps and add salt per taste and pinch of black pepper powder
- Bring one boil or cook till desired consistency
- Soup is Ready to serve.. serve Hot Garnish with lots of fried Noodles and springs onions
