  1. 1 cup Cabbage grated
  2. 1/2 cup Corn Kernels
  3. 1 cup Spring Onions
  4. 1/4 cup Green Peas
  5. 1 Onion finely chopped
  6. 1 Carrot finely chopped
  7. 2-3 Garlic Cloves chopped
  8. 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  9. 1 tsp Butter
  10. 2 tsp Black Pepper powder
  11. 1 Maggi Seasoning Cube
  12. 2-3 tbsp Cornflour slurry
  13. 1 litre water

Instructions to make Mixed Vegetable Soup

  1. Heat Butter in a pot and fry Garlic for a few seconds. Now add all the Veggies. Stir fry them on a low heat for about 10 minutes. Add rest of the ingredients.
  2. And also the water. Cook on a low heat for about 10 more minutes. And stir in Cornflour slurry into it. Add it while continuously stirring in order to avoid the formation of lumps. Cook further for about 5 minutes or until it thickens a bit and the desired consistency is achieved. Adjust Salt and pepper. Garnish with chopped Coriander. Serve hot immediately with Bread.
