- 1 cup Button Mushrooms
- 1/2 cup Carrots

- 1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar

- Add white wine for glaze and when it evaporates, add chopped carrots to give colour, apple cider vinegar. Stir. Add vegetable stock. Add bay leaf, thyme. Stir. Add cream
- When it comes to boil, add boiled rice and on medium flame cook for couple of mins. Add salt and pepper and stir. Set aside to serve
- Add the Rice Soup to a bowl, add a slice of brown Sourdough bread and garnish with a coriander leaf. Enjoy a hearty meal
