- 1 tbsp cornflour
- 1/4 cup water
- Dry noodles for garnishing
Instructions to make Manchow Soup
- Heat oil in a large wok. Add ginger, chilli paste, carrot and capsicum. Saute for 30 seconds on high flame. Add cabbage and saute for another 15-20 seconds.

- Add red chilli sauce and soy sauce and mix well. Now add water and salt. Once the water starts boiling, add corn flour slurry to it and stir for a minute.


- The soup will become shiny and starts to thicken after 3-4 minutes. Add vinegar. Also add water if required. Cook for 2-3 minutes more. Turn off the flame.

- Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with fried noodles.
