  5. Put in the seasoning to taste. Then, pour in your kpomo, fish, etc
  6. Put in a little water and cover up. Allow to steam for three minutes.
  7. Pour in your already washed veggies, and stir together for 60 seconds, or even less. The veggies must not stay too long on fire, else it will lose it's potency.
  8. Serve along with any solid such as Pounded Yam, Yam flour, Cassava flour etc into a clean dish.
