  1. Finely chopped onions garlic & onion leeks. Add oil & butter in a pan roast onion, garlic & leeks. We roast it for 2 to 3 min on mid flame.
  2. After this add thin piece of potato stir it for 2 min. Now add ginger paste salt & oregano in it. Mix all ingredients very well. 250 ml boil water add in the pan.
  3. Cover it with lid on low flame for 5 to 6 minutes till potato cooked. Check it & keep for cool. After cool down grind it into mixer grinder make a smooth texture.
  4. Again transfer it into pan add malai pepper & coriander leaves. After first boil off the flame. Soup is ready for serve.
  5. If you like add roasted bread piece its optional. Serve it garam garam.
