  3. 1 bowl French beans chopped
  4. 1 bowl Cauliflower chopped
  5. 1 bowl Fresh peas

  7. 1/2 bowl White part of spring onion chopped
  8. 1 bowl Cabbage chopped
  9. 1 bowl American corn 🌽 boiled
  10. 2 inch Ginger cut into small pieces
  11. 2 tsp Garlic chopped
  12. 1/2 bowl Green part of spring onion chopped
  13. For Sauces
  14. 2 tsp White vinegar
  15. 2 tsp green chilli sauce
  16. 4 tsp Soya sauce
  17. 4 tsp cornflour dissolve in water
  18. 5 bowls Normal water
  19. For Spices
  20. 1 tsp White salt
  21. 1 tsp Black pepper
  22. 2 tbsp Butter

Instructions to make Hot and Sour Soup

  1. First of all, take a kadhai and add butter to it.
  2. As soon as butter melts add ginger and garlic.
  3. Now keep ready all the ingredients. Chopped all the vegetables. And keep ready sauces.
  4. Now add veggies like carrot, beans, white part of spring onion one by one and mix them properly in butter.
  5. Add peas, cabbage, and sweet corn.
  6. Saute all the veggies properly. Do not let them soft.
  7. Now add water, black pepper, and salt to it.
  8. Mix well all ingredients and cover the lid for 5 minutes.
  9. Let them boil and add chilli sauce, vinegar and soya sauce to it.
  10. Now add green part of spring onion.
  11. Now make a slurry by adding 4 tsp cornflour to 4 tsp water. Add this slurry to the soup in batches. Now cover the lid and let the soup boil for 5 minutes.
  12. Now open the lid after 5 minutes. so, the healthy and delicious Hot and Sour Soup is ready now. Enjoy this Soup.
