- 1 medium green capsicum
- 3/4 cup sweet corn
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 11/2 cup vegetable stock
- 1 tsp corn flour

- Roast green capsicum on open medium flame. Till its outer skin blackened.

- Mix cornflour with 1/2 cup of veg stock. Add blended corn+ milk mixture to sauted onion capsicum mixture. Add corn flour water to soup. Add salt to taste. Boil for 5 minutes till soup thickens.
