- Top up water as desired to meat stock,add Palm oil,melt okpei and add,also crush washed scotch bonnet,add it,add Crayfish,onions and remaining onga classic
- Bring to boil
- Start dropping in Egysi balls one by one(don't stir at this point)

- Cook for Max 20mins
- Add sliced Uziza leaves 5mins to end of cooking
