  2. 2 Garlic cloves finely chopped
  3. 1 small Onion finely chopped
  4. 1 tbsp Butter
  5. 1/2 Maggi Seasoning cube
  6. 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
  7. 2 tbsp Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  8. 1/2 cup Milk

  1. Heat Butter in a non-stick kadai or any skillet. Saute Onion and Garlic until light brown. Also add half of the Seasoning cube. Do not add whole of it. This recipe is for a single person. You can double or triple this as required.
  2. Now add Spinach leaves. Saute for two minutes. Take it off the heat. Let it cool down a bit and then blend into a fine puree.
  3. Add this puree to the kadai again. Add Milk, two tablespoons of Cheese, Black Pepper Powder and Salt. I didn't add Salt to it as this was completely okay for me. You can add it according to your preference. Remember we had added Seasoning cube so actually there is no need of Salt at all. But if you require, add it to your liking.
  4. Serve this piping hot with Fresh Cream on top. Enjoy! Yum! Healthy!
