- 3 tablespoons vinegar
- 4-5 green chillis chopped
- Soup sauce (white sauce)
- 2 tablespoons garlic paste (fresh)
- 3-4 drops lemon
- 4 tablespoons vinegar
- Assembling
- 2 boil eggs
- 1 teaspoon soya sauce
- 1 teaspoon red sauce
- 1 teaspoon white & chilli sauce
- Sev as required/ pappri / Chinese soup sev (optional)
- 1 pinch black pepper powder

- Sab se phly chicken bones ko achi trhan wash kar ke pani me dal ke stove par rakh dyn aur sath me salt, garlic paste and black pepper bhi add kardyn. Meny yahan chicken ka bech wala part lia hy jisy pinjra kaha jata hy to boil karny ke bad jitna bhi meat in bones me hoga me wo nikal lungi.



- Boil any ke bad me chicken ko 20 se 30 minutes blkul low flame par pkya hy us ke bad chicken alehda kar ke sara meat nikal lia aur bones diacard kardein. Agar ap ke pass meat wali bones nhn hhn to ap chicken stock me bones ke sath thora sa chicken breast bhi add kardyn aur usy achy se paka ke nikal ke shredded karlyn. (kam az kam soup ki yakhni itni pkani hai ke pani thira sa kam hojaye)



- Corns ko wash kar ke alag kelyn aur fresh corns use karyn is se flavor ziada acha hy tins waly avoid karyn behter hy. Alehda karny ke bad unhyn haton ki madad se hi halka halka mash karlyn. Jesa ke picture me dikh raha hy.



- Chicken stock bht achy se pak chuki hy still low flame par hi rkhyn gy last tak flame off nhn karni hai. Ab corn add kardyn aur mix karyn.



- Sath hi shredded chicken bhi add kardyn.



- Sath me vinegar, soya sauce aur black pepper powder bhi add kardyn. Aur mix karlyn



- 5 minutes ke bad corn flour ko thory se pani me mix karyn aur soup me dalty rhyn. Corn flour dalty huye soup me spoon chlaty rehna hy wrna lims ban kyn gh.



- Corn flour dalny se jab thickness any lag jaye to us ke bad aik medium size ka egg lein usy achy se beat karyn aur soup me add karty jayn aur spoon chltay jayn. Yad rhyn jab anda dlyn tosoup me sponn chlaty rehna hai. Lekin agar thickness na ay to mazeed corn flour add kar skty hyn.



- Ab soup ko dhak dyn low glame par aur hum ready karty hyn soup ke sauces. Meny white sauce nhn bnya q ke meri family usy ziada pasnd nhn kia jata lekin ingredients me us ki recipe mojod hai ap bnana chayn to bana lyn. Phly red sauce bnyn gy us ke lie aik chotu se bowl me vinegar dalyn aur red chilli powder daly. Aur achy se mix karyn q ke thick paste bana hai is lie red powder ziada add hoga.



- Red sauce ready karny ke bad green chilli sauce bnyn gy vinegar me green chilli chopped kar ke add kardyn aur ziada achi bat yeh hai ke agar yh dono sauce ap 10 15 din phly bana lyn aur taste mazed acha hojata hy. Mera towinters ka phla soup hai isi lie aj hi bnya aur ab isy bana ke me fridge me rakh dungi 1 month take blkul thek rehta hy.



- Tojeeee sauces bhi ready hyn. Eggs bhi boil kar liye hyn aur uhyn slice cut kat lyn. Ab assembling kar lyty hyn. Soup ap ke samny hyn mazydar sa ab sab se phly is me red sauce dalyn gyn.



- Us ke bad soya sauce dalyn gyn phr green chillis with vinegar dalyn aur phr eggs side par rakh dyn gy.



- Lejiye jeee soup ready hy. Ab ap is par papri bhi dal skty hyn aur sev bhi. Lekin meri family me white sauce ke sath sath sev bhi koi pasnd nhn karta to meny nhn dali lekin bhori uncle soup me wo bhi dalty hyn aur yaqeen karyn bht mazydar lgta hy crunchy crunchy 😋.
