Ingredients and spices that need to be Take to make Barley Soup:
- 1/4 cup chopped carrot
- 1/4 cup chopped zucchini
- 1/4 cup chopped capsicum
- 1/2 tbsp finely chopped garlic
- 1/2 tbsp finely chopped ginger
- 1 chopped small onion
- 1 chopped green chillies
- 1 tbs olive oil
- As per taste Salt
- 1/2 tbsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp pav bhaji masala (optional)
- As required Water
- 1/2 cup barley
Steps to make Barley Soup
- Wash the barley properly and cook it in a cooker for 5-6 whistle. Don't throw the stuck.



- Heat up a pan add oil, chopped ginger and garlic.

- Add the chopped onion. saute it. Add salt, pav bhaji masala(for a diff in taste). Add the chopped veggies to the pan and saute it for some time.


- Add the cooked barley to the pan, add the black pepper powder and 1 glass of water and cook it for another 5-6min. Soup is ready.
