- Cool the veggies and grind it into fine paste

- Since we have boiled the veggies first and we add the tadka to the soup. For tadka add 1 tablespoon of ghee, jeera, dalchini and hing

- Put the soup into the pan, u can adjust the consistency by adding more water if u want, add pepper and boil it for 10 mins

- Serve the hot soup with garnishing of lauki and pudina leaves
