I started to hear about marrow recently so I decided to try out this seasonal ingredient and turn it into soup 🥣 i looked at some recipes and created my own version with the vegetables I had in my kitchen.

- 1 big marrow, cut into cubes
- 2 celery sticks, chopped
- 6 garlic cloves, roughly chopped
- 1 medium potato, cut into cubes
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 rosemary sprip

- 1 liter vegetable stock
- Salt and pepper to taste
