- 2 tbsp spring onions finely chopped

- 1 small size carrot chopped
- 1/4 cup cabbage finely chopped
- 1/4 cup sweet corn
- 1/4 cup green peas

- as per taste Crushed black pepper corns
- 1 tbsp soya sauce
- 1 tbsp red chili sauce
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 3 tbsp cornflour slurry
- 1 egg beaten
- 2 tbsp chopped spring onions green
- 1/2 tsp vinegar
Steps to make Chicken Manchow Soup
- Fried Noodles preparation:-
- In a large vessel take 4 cups water with 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp oil. Once the water comes to boil break in 1 pack hakka noodles. Boil for 5 minutes without overcooking.


- Drain off the noodles and rinse with cold water. Now add 1 tsp cornflour and mix gently.


- Deep fry in hot oil by spreading noodles uniformly stir occasionally on medium flame. Flip over and fry be both sides until the noodles turns crisp. Finally drain off the crispy noodles and keep it aside.


- Chicken Soup preparation:-
- Heat oil in a non-stick wok, add spring onions green chillies ginger garlic saute for 1 min. Add carrot, capsicum peas cabbage and saute for 1-2 minutes.

- Add salt crushed black pepper corns and soya sauce red chilli sauce and mix well. Cook for 1 min. Now add boil shredded chicken and toss for 30 second.



- Add chicken stock 1 Cup water and mix well. Let the mixture comes to boil. Add cornflour slurry and mix well. Cook until the soup thicken slightly. Add beaten egg into the soup and stir constantly. Add chopped spring onions onion greens and mix well. Add vinegar mix well. Switch off the flame.
- Transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot with fried noodles.
