- Take a pan and put 1 tbsp Butter.Let it be melted.

- Put the Chicken pieces and saute it.


- Now add chopped Carrot,bell pepper and cook for 5 mins.


- Then add chopped Onion, green chillies, grated garlic and ginger.

- Add 1 tbsp black pepper and 1 tsp salt and mix together.

- Cover it for 5 mins.

- Add 1 cup water and cover it again.

- Then remove the chicken pieces and shredded the chicken pieces well.

- Again put the minced chicken into the soup and cook it for 2 mins.

- Add 1 tbsp soya sauce,1 tsp sugar and salt if needed.

- Mix 1 tsp cornflour with 1/2 cup water and put it in the soup for it's thickness.

- Cook it for 5 mins again and serve it hot.
