  1. Wash and Soak rice for 30 minutes than boil them in plain water till 90% cooked. Drain water and keep a side to cool completely
  2. Whisk eggs in a bowl and add pinch of food color and salt in them.
  3. In a wok heat oil and make omelet from whisk eggs. Keep a side

  8. In another vessel add oil and sautay all vegetables
  9. Add water to cook
  10. Simultaneously add soya sauce, chilli sauce, black pepper, chilli garlic sauce and chicken cube in and let vegetables cook. Add salt if needed
  11. When done mix corn flour in some water and make slurry. Pour this mixture in vegetables soup and cook till become thickened.
  12. Dish out and serve with egg fried rice. Enjoy with your family
