  1. Wash the aamlas. Pressure cook for 1 whistle. Strain the Amlas and extract the seeds. Add the amlas to the blender
  2. Blend smooth. In a pan heat oil and add hing, add mustard and cumin seeds, when it splutters, add crushed coriander seeds and crushed garlic. Stir for 1 min. Add red chilli powder. Stir well. Add Amla paste
  3. Mix well. Add jaggery powder to tone down the tartness of the Amla. Add Rasam powder, salt. Stir well and add water to make a watery consistency. Boil for 5 mins.
